REFURBISHED AND SURROUNDINGS

What is a refurbished product?

A refurbished product is a used product that has undergone a rigorous selection, testing and restoration process and is ready for a second long life.
All the refurbished products that you will find on our site come from business environments and are therefore of a professional level: the quality of the devices and their resistance over time is on average much higher than "consumer" products that are normally found in large-scale retail trade as well as private individuals.

How can I understand the status of the product I am about to purchase?

We have divided all devices into 4 "aesthetic grades" to allow you to understand what type of refurbished device you are about to buy. (T+,A,B,C)
If for example, you are buying a "grade B" computer you may find some small marks on the external case; if it were a smartphone it could be a slight sign on the display.

Can the devices have hardware or software problems?

Before putting a computer on sale, our technicians carry out a long phase of testing, verification and recovery of the device.
In this phase, from a software point of view, the computer is returned to its factory state. An automation tool that follows the best industry standards then performs a complete scan of the device's health status. We then move on to checking the hardware components (battery, keyboard...) and if necessary we replace the worn parts. The device you purchase has been checked several times by our technicians, but we are human beings: if you have any (hardware) problems, all you have to do is report it in chat or with an email.

What programs will I find installed on the devices?

To answer in short: all the programs present in their factory state.

As for the operating system, we prefer Windows 10 Pro for most of our devices. The entire Apple range, however, has a recovery process guided by the brand itself, which allows you to install, via a guided procedure, the most recent software update available for each individual refurbished product.

Do you provide any technical assistance services on refurbished products in general?

We do not currently offer technical support on non-Buytec products.
The only tickets we manage concern any reports on products on our site, covered by the 12 month warranty.
What we can do, however, is recommend one of our retailers throughout the country, let us know where you are from!

What if, after some time after purchase, I have some problems with the device?

As you may have already read previously, all our products have a Buytec warranty for 12 months. This means that any type of hardware problem that arises during this period, simply report it to us with an email to ordini@buytec.it or via chat : we will collect and fix the device free of charge for you. Our assistance is always very quick (48-72 hours), but if you need a replacement computer to work or study, just indicate it in the email and we will provide a replacement immediately!

SHIPMENTS, COLLECTIONS AND RETURNS

What are the shipping costs and times?

Shipping is always free for all orders over 50 euros.

We deliver in 90% of cases within 2 working days. For islands and particular locations the times can extend up to 5 working days.

In which country can I receive my product?

We ship throughout the national territory (including islands) and in Europe.

Do you have stores in Italy?

No, we currently do not have physical stores, only a collection point available at our central warehouse in Brunello, Varese.

Where is your Pickup Point located and how can I collect my order?

Our Pickup point is located at the main warehouse of our company and is located in via Campo di Maggio 41, 21020 Brunello (Varese)

Pick up times are from MON to FRI, from 8.30am to 12.30pm / from 2pm to 6pm

If you are in the area and want to choose this shipping method, you can also choose to pay at the office by cash, debit card or credit card.

I chose the wrong device and would like to return it, what should I do?

Write an email to ordini@buytec.it indicating your order number, your contact details and the reasons for the return.
We will contact you to give you all the information on the possible collection methods: you can choose whether to have a device of the same level/cost as a replacement or proceed directly with a full refund of your order on the payment method you have selected.

What type of packaging are they shipped in?

We do not use pre-formed packaging: all our packages have been created ad hoc with our trusted suppliers to best guarantee the safety of the devices during transport.

PAYMENTS

What types of payment do you accept?

On our site you can choose from the following payment options:

- Credit cards from the main circuits
- Paypal;
- Satispay
- Cash on delivery (+10€ to the order amount)
- Bank deposit
- Advance bank transfer

- In case of collection from our warehouses: credit card, debit card or cash up to the usage limit set by current legislation.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, by choosing the "Cash on delivery" option you will pay the courier the amount due in cash. This type of shipping costs €10 to add to the order total.

Payment in cash at our Pickup Point does not include additional costs.

In case of return, where will I receive the amount returned by you?

As stated in our terms of sale, all refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of ordering. If the order was paid by cash on delivery, bank deposit or bank transfer, we will contact you to agree on the channel through which you prefer to receive your refund.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

If you have a PAYPAL account, you will notice that when redirected to the payment page you will be asked to pay for your order in full or to choose the "Pay in 3 Installments" option.
If you want to pay the amount of your order in installments, you can enter your request at that exact moment and it will be analyzed in real time by the Paypal Europe systems.
If your request is accepted, your amount will be divided into 3 identical installments and deferred over 2 months. The creditor is PayPal (Europe) and not Buytec. You will find the 'financing' inside your Paypal account.
